Federal appeals court rejects Honeyfield lawsuit By Bernie Dotson GALLUP — A federal appeals court has rejected an appeal of rulings in discrimination and retaliation claims involving former City Manager Eric Honeyfield and the city in a 2008 lawsuit. Tenth Circuit Judge William J. Holloway ruled on the matter Aug. 2.
